Your objective – our task

Valuable information such as payment experiences and negative characteristics is taken from the CMS Pool, connected and fully integrated into your SAP® R/3 system and displayed directly. Additional technology and complex implementation processes are not required.

  1. Linking the CMS-Pool data record with the master data on the customer
  2. A diversity of tabs with detailed views
  3. Negative payment experiences
    Presentation of debt collection data, days’ sales outstanding and overdue liabilities
  4. Risk depiction
    The customer’s creditworthiness is depicted as a score using a set of traffic lights. The score is updated every time there is a change with relevance for the customer’s credit standing, e.g. when information on days’ sales outstanding or debt collection data arrives or when there are changes to master data
